28TH DECEMBER Viven has whelped a gorgeous litter to Mac. Please see the puppies page for further details. 5th & 6th December was the Circular Head Show Society Shows. Charli - Ch. Ghostwind U Have My Numba was BEST IN GROUP at both shows and Ripley - Ghostwind Believe It Or Not was Baby Puppy In Group on the 6th December. 12th December was the TCA Inc. Christmas Show and Wilmah - Ghostwind Perfect Picture finished off her Australian Champion title in fine style by going BEST IN SHOW under Mrs. L. Black (VIC) UPDATED PAGES: Streak, Uno, Ripley, Wilmah,Puppies, Extended Family and a new page has been added for Charli 30TH NOVEMBER The producer MBISS/MBIS Ch. Ghostwind Vivien Leigh has been mated to Am/Can/Aust Gr Ch. Graytsky's Smokin'In Havana (USA). This same combination produced BIS Ch. Ghostwind Lady In Grey. This mating will be sure to impress. 28th November was the Devonport Agricultural Society Championship Show with group 3 being judged by Mr. E. Boxhall (VIC). Uno - Ghostwind Uno My Numba was BOB/BIG/JIG thus earning the final points towards his Australian Champion title. Pip was Australian Bred In Group and Ripley continues on her winning way with another Baby Puppy In Group. 29th November was the Devonport Agricultural Society Amenities Show with Mrs. G. Rhodes judging group 3 and Mr. E. Boxhall General Specials. Charli - Ghostwind U Have My Numba was RUBOB and Junior In Group and gained her final points for her Australian Champion title. Ripley was awarded Baby Puppy In Group and went on to win BABY PUPPY IN SHOW. Ripley is now a Multi Class In Group and In Show Winner. 9TH NOVEMBER Well more exciting news, Prue has whelped a beautiful litter to Uno. Photos of puppies will be coming soon :) Xena - Ch. Ghostwind Amazing Grace has been mated to Streak - BIS Ch/Am Ch. Wager's Casino Winning Streak (USA) Since our last update we have had the Longford Agricultural Show weekend with Pip going Runner Up Best In Show and Uno Junior In Group on Sunday shows under Mrs. D. Haseldine (SA). Next on the busy October schedule was the Hobart Royal. Ghostwind again took the clean sweep in Weimaraners. Uno BOB, Short listed for group, Junior In Group, Charli RUBOB, Streak Reserve Challenge Dog, Pip Reserve Challenge Bitch and Wilmah starred by being awarded INTERMEDIATE IN SHOW. The following Saturday was again spent in the North of the state at the Ulverstone Agricultural Show with Wilmah going Runner Up Best In Show and Intermediate In Show. Westbury Agricultural Shows were held on the 7th and 8th November with only two Ghostwind representatives being Charli and Ripley. Saturday Charli was RUBOB and Ripley Baby Puppy In Group, Sunday Charli was BOB, Shortlisted for group, Junior in Group and Ripley repeated her beautiful performance with Baby Puppy In Group. 15TH OCTOBER October sees the start of the 'Royal Season' in Tasmania and the debut of Streak's first litter in the show ring. It started off at Burnie Agricultural Society with Charli - Ghostwind U Have My Numba going Best Of Breed and our newest team member Ripley - Ghostwind Believe It Or Not Baby Puppy In Group. Thursday October 8th - Launceston Royal - Gundog group and Gundog Show. At the Royal Pip was Best Of Breed, Streak Runner Up Best Of Breed, Uno Junior In Group and Ripley Baby Puppy In Group. The Gundog Club Show was conducted in the afternoon judged by Mr. G. Wilson (NZ). Streak finished off his AUSTRALIAN TITLE in fine style by taking out BEST IN SHOW. Uno was Junior In Show and Wilmah was Intermediate In Show. In NSW at the Weimaraner Club of NSW Championship Show Ghostwind bred Weims had a great day out with Castro - MBISS Ghostwind Smokin Gun Runner Up Best In Show, Ghostwind Hits The Jackpot Baby Puppy In Show and Ch. Ghostwind Eyez Onth Prize was 3rd Intermediate bitch congratulations Val, Narelle, Sam and Gary. Sunday an All Breeds Championship Show was conducted by the Tasmanian Kennel Club with Charli - Ghostwind U Have My Numba going Runner Up Best In Group and Ripley going Baby Puppy In Group - 3 All breeds show for 3 Baby Puppy In Groups - another Ghostwind Rising star. This weekend coming is the Longford Agricultural Show. Streak's and Puppies page has been updated. 23RD SEPTEMBER Ghostwind has a stellar Melbourne Royal with Pip taking out Runner Up Best Of Breed, Streak Challenge Dog, Uno 1st Junior Dog, Charli 2nd Junior Bitch and Wilmah 1st Intermediate Bitch. The specialties conducted on Sunday 20th September saw Uno winning JUNIOR IN SHOW at the PM Show. 12th SEPTEMBER New photos added to Extended Family 9th SEPTEMBER New page has been added for Ripley aka Ghostwind Believe It Or Not 5th SEPTEMBER This time a local show with the Gundog group being judged by Mrs. R. Ghostwind Picture Perfect RCC Am Ch Wager's Casino Winning Streak RCC 30th AUGUST Today the Ulverstone Kennel Club hosted a Championship Show with Ms. Esther Joseph from Vic judging gundogs and Mrs. Glenda Cooke Vic General Specials. The Ghostwind team took the clean sweep with the following Ghostwind Perfect Picture "Wilmah" BOB, BIG and JIS Ghostwind Uno My Numba "Uno" RUBOB and PIS Ghostwind U Have My Numba RCC Am Ch Wager's Casino Winning Streak RCC 26TH AUGUST On the 16th August the Gundog Society Of NSW conducted a Championship Show with Mr Paul Robinson judging. Russell exhibited Ch. Ghostwind Picture Perfect "Pip" and Ghostwind U Have My Numba "Charli" with excellent results. Pip - Reserve Challenge Bitch and Open Of Breed Charli - PUPPY IN SHOW Ch. Ghostwind Eyes On The Pryze owned by Sam Lawler and Gary Studholme was Junior Of Breed. Back in Tasmania the following weekend and Pip continues on her winning way Runner Up Best In Group and Australian Bred In Show at the British Bulldog Club All Breeds Champ Show.
